A dense and deep ruby granet announces a rich nose where first, are the sweet spicy notes. Fresh leather, meaty and balsamic tones are above a ripe fruit of candied raspberries, plums and black currants, and the background is made of tobacco and noble wood.
The wine offers a firm structure of fine but not yet polished tannins, asking for a couple of years more to reach harmony. However, everything is already balanced, dense and working for more...
The finish, a bit tight for its tannins, starts to show its true Maipo personality, and beg for patience to express all its complexity.
